La funda me ha gustado y es cómoda, lo q no me esperaba es q la cámara sobresaliera, es decir, por q tengo el protector de cámara sino con esta funda se estaría rayando seguramente, pero por diseño y comodidad es de las mejoras. Otro aspecto negativo es que me dijeron que sería como máximo hasta el día 8 del mes y estamos a día 10 y me ha llegado hace cosa de 1 hora, es decir, que conforme al tiempo del envío mienten.

You sent me the wrong product. It wasn't the one I had bought. I had to return it. And then buy the correct product again. The online store indicated that it was in stock and ready to be sent, but it turned out it actually wasn't in stock. I'm still without the product and sick of your mistakes and lies. Your physical stores in Portugal are even worse: the workers lie to me, claim they can't do anything to help as the company headquarters in Spain doesn't allow them any autonomy, and keep insisting that I will have to sort out the mess you've made. Disgraceful incompetence at every level. Never dealt with a worse run company in my life. BTW better check with the store where I returned the wrong product. It may well be still there lying around. Yesterday they called me because they mistook my returned product for a new package that had arrived. Even though it had already been opened. And were already saying I had to do something before I cut them out. This isn't mere incompetence: it's pure idiocy. Sort yourselves out. Please.
